Heated blood, passions afire

Heartdew.

A vice-like clamping around

Against the pushing of the heart.

Pain flared, halbringers of truth
It is but human to deny
To fight against the inexorable river
Futility and suffering,
Grief fall.

Agony that felled the mightiest
Now strike
And heal, and heal, and heal
That which cannot stand
Against the treacherous time
Lifecore of the heart
Wrenched out
Now serve to gather, and piece together
The petals of wine rose
Slivers of gleaming crystal
Scattered air and ruptured earth
Into that which never was, and
Always was.
Stronger than eternity,
The greatest love of all.
